The Center has an Experimental feline colony approved by the IACUC (FCV-UNLP) and accredited in the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of the Nation. Domestic felids are housed free in spacious, enriched and controlled environments. Scholarship holders participate in the socialization and feeding of the animals. When the cats leave the colony, they are offered for responsible adoption after their castration/spaying.
